FULL BREAKDOWN OF 2025 BUDGET
(2024-2025)
We are living out our two year mission adventure called Gaining Ground. Over the next two years we are Gaining Ground for God and for Generations as we build out a new auditorium.
WHAT
Compass will be negotiating a loan up to $6,000,000 to build a new auditorium, lobby, and kids classrooms on our vacant five acres of land. When final costs have been set and all gifts have been received, it is estimated our net borrowing will be very near the $4,000,000 approved last year. The initial loan is higher due to the potential timing difference of when construction costs need to be paid and when the committed donations of the Compass family are received.
APPROVAL TO INCREASE COMPASS BORROWING
WHY
To reach the West Valley and beyond. God has called Compass to be on mission with Him to provide a community space where people will find their way to God.
WHO
The Chairman of the Elder Board and Treasurer are authorized to execute any and all documents needed to complete this transaction.
LOAN SUMMARY
Loan Amount: Up to $6,000,000.
Interest Rate: Negotiating the best rate.
