IT’S TIME
TO MOVE.
Compass Church is moving into our new auditorium on June 7, 2026 at 9:00 & 10:45 AM
June 7, The Big Move
After over two years of anticipation, we are finally ready to move into our new 800-seat auditorium on Sunday, June 7. This is all thanks to our incredibly generous church, who all came together in our two year generosity campaign, Gaining Ground.
This move will mark a massive milestone in the life our church. Our Kids and Students will now have access to more space to continue helping the next generation find their way to God; and our adult ministries will have room to expand and fit the increasing amount of people calling Compass their home.
What You Should Know
June 7, while our official move-in date, is not our grand opening. Since this will be our first Sunday in the new auditorium as well, we expect there to be some minor blips and unexpected challenges that come with expanding into a new space.
Along with this, our two service times, 9:00 & 10:45 AM are both only for the summer, and are subject to change in the fall if needed.
This page will act as a single location for questions and information for the move into the new building, so please read through each section as it pertains to you and your family.
General Big Move FAQ
-
We are moving into our new auditorium on June 7, 2026 during two identical services at 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM. Kids programming will also move on this day.
-
Our current building is simply too small to keep up with our current need and expected growth. This new building will allow us to have less services, more new guests, and create space for God to move for more people every week.
-
Starting on June 7 you can expect a normal Compass service experience, just in a new building. Our service length will be similar with worship to start and a message to end.
Because this will be our first time in the new building, you may experience minor glitches, blips or other small errors. Similarly, our lobby furniture and decorations may also take more time to arrive and be set up.
Simply put, this is us moving into our new house, and as you know if you have ever moved: it takes some time to make the house a home.
-
You can still park anywhere you would like, but we are encouraging those who call Compass their home to park towards the back of the auditorium to leave room for new guests in the front.
-
A map at the bottom of this page is provided to help navigate the new campus, but there are entrances to our new lobby on the south, east and west sides of the building.

The new bathrooms are located on the east side of the building and have entrances both inside and out. follow the bathroom signs once in the lobby to find them.
