Ronn Smith began his Pastoral Ministry in 2000 by planting and leading The Sanctuary Church in Chicago, IL. Ronn, his wife Michele, and their three kids, Hannah, Paige & Micah, lived in Chicago for 20 years before following God to a new adventure by joining Compass Church in the summer of 2020. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Wheaton College and a Master’s of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Ronn is passionate about helping people experience the love of God so that they can walk out a deep and personal relationship with Him. Ronn loves golfing, basketball, having fun with friends and family, and spending time outside.
Gable Legaspi has been involved in Worship Ministry since 1998. He has held Worship Leader positions at New Life Community Church, Phoenix Light and Life, and ACU (formerly known as Southwestern College). Gabe received his Bachelors in Christian Ministry, has studied guitar at Berklee College of Music, and is currently taking classes at Phoenix Seminary. Gabe’s passion is to help those around him to engage with their creator. He enjoys all facets of ministry whether vocational or as part of his lifestyle. He has been happily married to his wife, Jess, since 2006, and he loves being silly with his daughter Paislee and to play fight with his son Zeke.

Mike’s heart is for the Kingdom of God. As such, he loves proclaiming the Kingdom of God to children of all ages and then discipling them to go out and do the same. Along with working with teens for many years and LOVING every second of it, he has a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministries with a Minor in Youth Ministry from Arizona Christian University. Mike is married to his loving and supportive wife Ginger who has served alongside him in Student Ministries for many years. He and Ginger also have the privilege of being parents to their two fun and crazy kids Lexi and Isaac.
Community Life Pastor
Scott Williams has been serving in pastoral ministry for the past 20 years, serving as a youth pastor and pastor of adult ministries in Southern California before moving to Arizona. He has a heart for the gospel and is gifted in equipping others in discipleship. Along with a passion for equipping others in the local church, Scott has also traveled to the Ukraine, Ethiopia and India, training and equipping church leaders. He has a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Biola University and a Masters in Divinity from Talbot School of Theology. Scott has been married to his better half and ministry partner, Kimberly since 2003 and has three children: Abby, Ethan and Levi.
